S770-34 mount question

Hi. I talked with a representative yesterday and am sending photos as discussed. I am looking for replacement ba lances for a window ELL-1 400/500 series. Your S770-34 matches it with the exception that the balance I have mounts with a clip instead of a screw. A pin is located in the second hole from the top (7/8" from the end) that the clip attaches to. The other end of the clip attaches to a hole in the vinyl window frame. Do you have the balance with a pin/rivet instead of the plastic screw support shown? The photos above show the clip mount

Thanks for writing in! You are you will need our S770-34 channel balance however it will need to be a custom assembly since it has a rivet on top. The S-clip that attaches to the top of the balance, at the rivet, is sold separately as part 19-030.

I am happy to get the order link made up for you. I'll just need to know the stamp from the metal channel of the balance. If there is no stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
