It looks like I have A LOT of broken shoes. Can you recommend (1) replacement shoes, and (2) a tool, if you sell it, to grab and hold the spring for attachment to the replacement shoes.

Hello! We sell the 15-104 friction shoe, which appears to match your original, but unfortunately we don't sell a tool for this type of window spring. These are fairly old and the shoe is the only thing we sell that is related to this kind of setup. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
