Sash Clip

Need a metal sash clip (I think how it is called). The channel balance was not pressed down because the flap is bend. Do you have anything like that?

This seems to be some kind of top sash guide, but it's not like anything I've ever seen before. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version out of the window? Dimensions would also be a huge help.

it's similar to your Product Code: 18-089.

different dimension
1" length is 1.15"
1/2" width is 5/8"

I think the Product Code: 18-013 may work, if I cut the lower part off.

This is an old discontinued Crossly top sash guide. It's not made anymore, but it has been replaced with 18-089. This should work for you.
