Sash Spring for tilt-in windows

Professional from Turners Falls, MA
Greetings,
I have some replacement windows that are at least 15 years old.  The fixture at the bottom of the spring, the part that the hinge pin rests in, needs replacing.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

You have an old-style rod balance that is no longer available but they can be replaced by the S775 channel balances. You'll need to confirm the length of your assembly, not including the hook shoe. You'll also need to weigh the sash to confirm the strength options needed for your replacements. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
