Sash balance

Question

I am looking for replacement sash balance for an iunknown window brand. They are older and have no
Markings. The balance is stamped 1640 any ideas on parts with the ends needed ?

It appears that your channel balance uses the 19-009 top and 15-081 shoe attachments. We can assemble this balance configuration through a custom order.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 17" long, please confirm.
