Sash balance 2230

A quick learner from united states says:
Not sure which plastic pieces to order. All existing sash balances are broken.
Also wondering if you carry the triangle piece which attaches to the window sash itself
Thanks joe

See our S710-23 Channel Balance. Look it over to confirm this matches what you need. If so you'll need a stamp option of 2230. For a new Top Sash Guide, see our 18-041

A home owner from united states says:
Do you also carry the plastic guide located at the bottom of the sash (new picture uploaded)

As FYI, Also went looking through older posts on your site and found post 77-78762 that shows the guide i am asking about... but no luck with the prior customer. Let me know if the status is still the same.
Thanks
