Greetings, I moved into a house and I need to replace the sash balances on 15 single hung windows. I need to know what size to order. The windows are extremely difficult to open and harder to close. Windows are vinyl and approximately 20 years old
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, though, I will need you to tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel. I will also need to know the quantity. Note that our minimum purchase quantity is 2.

I'm afraid I see no image attached to your post. Could you try uploading that again? You could also just write out what it says, if that's easier.
