I don't have the broken parts. What size and which part would fit here?
I just ordered 2 channel level 2950's for both windows with s380's tried to put them in and now realize I am missing the top caps.

It definitely looks like you need new top sash guides, but it won't be possible to ID a match without the originals on-hand to use as a reference. I would check to see if you have an identical window in the house that may still have them.
If they truly are missing entirely, with no reference at all, then we will not be able to help. That's just not something that can be worked around. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
