Sash lift pull broken needs replacement

Not sure window brand. House builder in 1996. Not sure how old is this window.

Hello,

We don't have a recessed sash lit like yours but take a look and see if you have room to make new installation holes on either side of the cutout to use something like our 26-116 handle. Thank you!
