Sash lift springs replacements?

A home owner from Edison N.J. says:
Looking to replace 2 of the spring sash lifters for a wooden non tilt window. They measure 31" long for the spring 1/2" round and the inner spiral is 32" long. The hinged nail tab for under the window is 2 1/2".
Not that big or heavy of a window that's single pane 27"x32" with 6 panes.
Let me know if they are available.

It sounds like you need a balance. For old wood windows, we like to use our Series 500 spiral balance. In your case, I would recommend our S500-31 specifically, with a red tip. You will also need a bracket to attach it to the bottom of the sash, so see our 17-007. Finally, see our 75-005 charging tool for help during installation.
