Screen Door Fastener?

I'm afraid that I've never seen this part before. Are we seeing the whole thing, or could pieces of it be missing or broken off? If there are missing pieces, can we see an undamaged version?

Also, would you happen to know who made the screen door? The etching on the glass only tells us who made the glass, not the door itself, so any other stamps, numbers, or markings you can find would offer a clue as to what this is and where it can be found. Finally, please let me know any relevant dimensions.
