Plastic corner with slider wheel all one piece. Have several that wheels gave rusted off. Metal frame lengths. No markings anywhere on door?!? Exposed dimensions frame connection corner area 2"x 3" corner at roller thickness 1/2" bevels to 1" frame shape. No obvious retaining screws latches etc? Appears to be a compression fit.

With your rollers still installed, we can not say for sure which roller would work best as a replacement. You will need to remove the roller from the door and send additional photos of the rollers showing the housing. We will also need to know the measurements of the entire part.

While you gather that information, you may take a look at our section of screen rollers here

Any idea how to get it apart?

Check out the video below! Let me know if you have any additional questions.

A landlord from Allentown pa says:
Nope it's nothing like that at all. And actually i was trying to figure out how to disconnect the whole corner from the frame straight pieces? No clip, screw, or notch visible. I tried taping out with block and hammer no budge at all.

Hey, thanks for getting back to us. That last photo you sent is a huge help, but I'm afraid we cannot help with this roller. You have an old door made by a company who was called Bayforms, but they went out of business a long time ago and nobody ever picked up production of their doors or hardware.

This makes it especially difficult since this roller is literally built into the frame. I don't think there is any solution available. It may be time for a new door. I apologize for the inconvenience.
