Searching for 20-2 DA2 CMC 4

i need window channels but having hard time finding correct ones my old channels have some numbers wich are
1- 20-2 DA2 CMC 4
2- 26-3 CA2 CMC 7
please advise

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with those two stamps. They aren't product codes or anything, they just indicate the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.
