Your balance is discontinued and no longer made, but we do sell a more modern replacement that will work just as well. The design of the bottom fitting is just a little different. The photos below will show you what I mean.

Another thing to note is that we always recommend replacing these in pairs; you don't want to just replace one balance on a window or else it is likely to wear out faster. I'm still happy to send you a purchase link for 3 balances but I thought I would just offer my advice ahead of time.
