Searching for 25" 5/8" channel block and tackle stamp 251

I'm afraid this balance is too damaged for me to identify. The stamp and length are also very peculiar. Would you have an undamaged version I can see? I will especially need to see a photo of the stamp and whatever clip or hook went at the end of the cord. It appears to be missing from this part, but it is an essential detail.
