Hello, Victor. This looks like a good match for our Series 795 channel balance, except yours appears to use a hook to attach at the top instead of a screw tab. That means this has to be custom made.

Before we go any further, can you tell me what the stamp on the 30" balance reads? You already gave the 32" stamp as 32D, but I will also need the 30".

Can you also confirm the width of the "T" shaped pivot shoe at the bottom? It should be 1" or 1-1/4".

Finally, how many of each side did you need to buy?

You will need to take the balance out of the window in order to measure the "T" shaped pivot shoe. There are two options: 1" and 1-1/4". If we give you the wrong size, the balance will not work properly; since custom made balances can't be returned for a refund I want to be 100% sure that we get you the right size before we make this for you. That will make our lives a whole lot easier, trust me.

Once you can get me that information I will email you two purchase links, one for each size. You can use those to place an order on our site.

I removed t bar and measured entire unit is 13/4
If I measure from end to the break it's 1"
I'm not really sure where I'm supposed to measure from
I hope this helps I included 2 pics
Thanks

What I need is the width, not the length. However I can already see in this photo that you have the larger version. If you were to measure the width I am confident that you'll get 1-1/4".

I'll email you those purchase links right now. If I'm at all wrong about the width of this shoe, or if you wanted to make any other changes, just let me know and I'd be happy to make any adjustments needed.
