Searching for .375 T-slot Foam Filled Bulb weatherseal

I am trying to find what appears to be .375 T-slot, foam filled bulb weatherseal for a replacement window. The seal attaches at the bottom of the bottom pane, facing the outside. I measure the bulb as 3/8 inch (though it is quite smashed). The base extension (with the T) is also 3/8 inch (or one cm) and the T is about .5 cm wide. There is another extension (no T) on the opposite side of the bulb that is about 1/8 inch. I have attached photos of the strip attached to the window, as well as a cross section. Thanks!
