Searching for 39376 pin

Question

I am looking for several pins for window crank 39376 casement windows--the pin that holds the crank to the turning mechanism has worked its way out and seems bent?  Small item, no idea if this is sold separate from the crank itself.

Hello,

It sounds like the spline that attaches the handle to your operator may be broken, If so, unfortunately, that means the entire assembly will need to be replaced. We'll need to see photos of your operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
