Searching for 40491-A

Question

Windows operator of left (looking from inside of house) kitchen CASEMENT window is not works (not closing completely window). I would like to replace it. The house located in Westlake community in NJ (Maybe this help you). The houses were built in 2001 - 2002. I found some mark ups on the operator like "PRT-10, 40491-A". Please help me to find required CASEMENT window operator. Could you refer to link of your online windows operator catalog?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your photo is a little bit hard to make out. I can't quite tell if your link arm is offset or not, for instance.

Would it be possible to see a clearer and closer picture of the arms? Seeing their design would give me a much better idea of what this is and which product would be the best pick. Thank you!
