Looks like you're showing the plastic cover of a coil spring. This is unfortunately not enough for us to recommend a replacement, though. In order to help, I need to see the entire coil balance assembly. That includes not just the cover but also the pivot shoe, and any other related part that may help. Please let me know if that would be possible.
