The measure on this connector from a window screen that came with an American Craftsman replacement window is 1/4x1/4 inch. I had ordered 12 pieces of the 3/16x3/16 corner lock. Can I return that order and then order the 1/4 X1/4 corner lock?

The only 1/4" x 1/4" corner we carry at this time is our 95-192. However, this design is obviously very different from yours and I'm not sure how well it will work for your screen frame. You may want to triple check your dimensions just to be 100% safe.
