Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 79-127 and the 79-128 top and bottom pivot sets along with the related videos. These appear to be the type of pivots you are looking for but I'm not sure if you need to replace the intermediate pivots. With that said, see the 79-129 and the 79-130. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
