Marked with DB 102 3200 measures 32?

The company that made your tilt window channel balance went out of business. However, we can still specially make your balance. 

We would use our standard S795-32 but with the top metal screw tab replaced with a 15-198 balance clip. We'd also use our 32B stamp for sashes weighing 14 through 20 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to see if this is right.

Instead of the hook end 15-198 would not the part number 62-101 be a better match?

No, the 62-101 is not meant to fill the role of a top hook. This is meant to be a bottom hook that attaches to a pivot shoe.

Believe me, the 15-198 is what you want. We make this balance for about a hundred customers a month and it has always worked great.
