My windows are about 10 years old and I believe the brand name is soft light. The hardware looks very similar to something on your website. There appears to be a BL and BR on the two spring mechanisms. The B could be an eight. I don't know.

Hello! If I'm understanding your post correctly, it sounds like you need a new pivot bar. However I can't get a good look at yours from these photos. Do you have an undamaged version? If so, can you remove it from the window and take a picture of it by itself so that I can see it without obstruction?
