Thank you for your patience as we looked into this for you. Unfortunately, we have not been able to cross-reference the numbers on your sash balances to one of our replacements. If you could provide us with the visible glass height and width for both the top and bottom sashes, that information could help us determine the correct replacements.
Also, we would need you to confirm if your window uses tempered glass. If there is any information etched into the corner of the glass, that could be helpful as well. Thank you.
