Searching for Replacement handle for my jalousie bedroom window

I replaced this handle in 2016 but I can't find paperwork or where it was from, I'm hoping it was from your company or that you can help me.

Hello, Dottie. This operator appears to be an older version of our 39-091 Roto operator. The handle that goes with this part is our 39-224.

I will need a left and a right handle can you give me a price and a picture so I can see it. If it doesn't fit can I return them. Do you have a record of my old order, just curious if this is the same company.

The handle I recommended can use for right and left hand operators interchangeably. You can see pictures, dimensions, and a detailed price breakdown on the link I supplied above.

I see no orders associated with the email address you're using to post here. Did you use a different email address by any chance? If so, I can see if we have records for that one, instead.

Hello again, Dottie. I'm not sure what you're requesting here, exactly. I had recommended hardware in my first response to you back in July. Did you review those parts I mentioned? Is there any reason you don't think they will work for you? If they aren't what you needed to buy, can you go into more detail as to what you require?
