The two lower hinge pins are missing. I was told to order a hinge rail but do I need the hinge pins also It is a three inch hinge

Hello there!
Our 40-153 is the only storm door hinge we carry. However, I'm afraid it is still very different so we're not optimistic it will work for you. If you haven't already, contacting the original manufacturer of the door may be your best bet. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
