I'm afraid I can't make out what you have from these photos. In order to see if we have a match in our inventory, I will require a clearer picture of the operator in question. Seeing a top-down view is ideal. It would also be helpful if the entire operator were removed from the window ahead of time, but basically we just need to see as much of it as possible without obstruction from the window frame.

From there, I will do my best to find you a good replacement option.
