Searching for capital window 36 54

We might be able to help replace this window balance, but I need more information. Is that 36-54 a stamp on the balance? Can you show me pictures of the balance, particularly of any attachment at its end(s)? Can you tell me the length of the channel or tube? From there I'll do my best to ID what you need.
