Searching for channel balance for old Milgard windows

A home owner from Redwood City, CA says:

I need to replace one of the balances for my Milgard windows, installed around 2002. I measured them at 32", even though the stamp says 31. Channel width is 9/16".

From the photos, you can see that someone tried to jury-rig it, presumably after the string broke. It's missing one of the pulleys, so I'm unable to repair it.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Dan

Hey Dan. This might be our S765-32 tilt window channel balance, but I am not entirely sure. It would be best to compare to an undamaged balance to make sure the top screw clip and bottom hook match. If anything differs, I'd like to see pictures of an undamaged balance. Many thanks.
