Searching for how to get tilt window back in the piv

A quick learner says:
I am replacing the 600 series balance and pivot in a tilt window. I do not know how to get the window back in. Should both pivots be at the bottom? Same height?

thank you!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! You want the pivots to be in the locked position, sitting about a quarter of the way up the window jamb. One should be slightly higher than the other, to allow you to angle the sash in. Not too much, though! I've included a video below to help, as well.
