Searching for how to remove shoe sash from a coil tens

I'm not sure what a coil tensioner or shoe sash are. Those aren't terms I'm familiar with. Could you mean a coil balance assembly? If so, we have a couple videos on coil balances in general. I don't know exactly what type you have but hopefully these videos help.
