Seeking Window balance (or balance) parts

A contractor from Powhatan, VA says:

I'm seeking the following parts:

2 each - Inside window balances w/25 inch barrels w/ spiral springs.

2 each - Outside window balances w/21 inch barrels w/ spiral springs.

2 each - inside window lock shoes (the originals have 5300 embossed on the shoe.

2 each - inside window lock shoes (the originals have no numbers embossed on the shoe. They differ slightly from the inner window shoe as the they have the groove for the spiral offset at a 45° angle on the outside window edge of the frame of the window. I surmise that there is a left side and right side because of the offset.

2 foot of the gasket material that is on the bottom window sash (rubber or vinyl covered) gasket on the bottom of the lower with dow sash.

1 each tensioner tool for rewinding the spring to apply tension.

Please let me know if you can supply the needed material and the cost/part numbers. I'm a licensed contractor in Virginia and I can provide my contractor number if needed. That needed material are for windows in my home. The windows are in good shape with the exception of the needed materials for one window. The window manufacturer has gone out of business and I cannot order the needed parts for this window.

Regards,

Jerry

Hi Jerry! I'm pretty confident we can help replace all these items for you. For the spiral balances, it would be best to remove them from the windows so you can accurately tell us the length and diameter of the outer tube (the diameter should be either 3/8" or 5/8"). I believe your pivot shoe stamped 5300 might be our 15-046, but you'll need to remove the shoe and compare the width and thickness to confirm. The other pivot shoe looks like either our 15-178  or 15-188. Again, you'll need to remove the shoe and compare the dimensions to see which matches best. For your gasket, please remove a sample and show us a picture of its 'end profile'. Finally, for a spring tensioner tool, see our 75-006
