Series 500 spiral Balance

A quick learner from Utah says:
I think I have it figured out but asking just to make sure. 2 different sized windows, Both had white tipped bushings, but I suspect had the wrong spring size (colored tip) because the windows are very different sizes.

Window 1 - Non-Tilting, 5/8 Diameter Tube, 29 inches long, (White Bushing) Sash - 17 lbs (order the red ones?)
Window 2 - Non-Tilting, 5/8 Diameter Tube, 29 inches long, (White Bushing) Sash - 28 lbs (order the blue ones?)

As to the clips, The screw that you see is also the screw that holds the aluminum window together at the bottom so it has to remain 1 1/8 inches from the "hooks". That clip measures 1 1/2 long. Closest shaped hook I can see is your bracket #x54 17-007 but it is the wrong length. I am thinking I could order your bracket #32 17-012 and drill the hole at 1 1/8 inch and then another towards the tail as an anchor. Yes?

You are correct in choosing the S500-29 non-tilt balance with red and blue tip bushings. The sash bracket, we believe, is 17-030. You might also want the 75-005 charging tool to make the installation easier.
