I need to fix the spring loaded balance arms on the windows that are referenced in the subject line (one window of the first kind listed and two windows of the second kind - two arms for each window, left and right). I don't know if I only need the plastic part that seems to be broken on top or the entire arm assembly. Attached are some pictures that I hope will help to determine the proper parts needed. I will send more photos in a separate email.

It sounds like you need all new balances. I unfortunately can't determine what you need based on just a photo of the top fitting. In order to help, I need a clear photo of the bottom fitting, as well. I will also need you to measure the depth of that bottom fitting and write it out for me, if possible. Thanks!
