Air tight window shoe is 11/16 thick, 2&1/8 high, 1& 1/4 wide. Pivot bar 1/2 inch wide 5/16" high

We don't have a pivot shoe that matches those dimensions exactly. The only part in our inventory that comes close is our 15-120, but this is 13/16" thick, not 11/16". Can you confirm that dimension?

It is looking more like 3/4" at best. Width is correct so is it ok to use a less deep one or will that make for a too sloppy fit?

The 15-119 is definitely similar, but the cam hole has a "tooth" while your original doesn't. That might get in the way, depending on what kind of pivot bar you have. If you think your pivot bar can accommodate that tooth then it should be okay but it's something you have to consider.

Actually the pivot bar is a u channel and the item won't be in the way. This is looking to be the closest to the broken shoes

That is good news. If the pivot bar is U shaped then I agree, that tooth will be a non-issue. With that in mind our 15-119 would definitely be the ideal replacement option.
