Hello,

I am looking for balances to replace broken ones on my 2900 series Silver Line Windows. Can you help with that?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Here is a picture of one that is still installed. The balances are on site out of the country, so it will take a little while to get one removed and photographed for you.

Unfortunately, we can't identify your balance series without seeing the fittings attached to the ends of the metal channel removed from the window. I can tell you that the balance stamp shown in your photo is from an old weight system that is no longer used, so you will also need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash, which we can use to confirm the spring strength needed to support the window.

Once you can show us the end fittings and confirm your sash weight, we'll be able to confirm the correct replacement. Thank you.
