Silverline Pivot Shoe and coil balancer

Question

Need two left side and 1 right side - looking outward - pivot shoe with coil spring balancer combo's for Silverline double hung window. Pivot shoe in photo is a left-side replacement part that I bought from Swisco a while ago.
