Dear Customer Service:
I have a Simonton 38.5" x 51.5" double hung 2013 white vinyl window and the balance plastic part holding the metal pivot has broken on the right side. I need a replacement plastic pivot holder. Please advise replacement parts needed for restoring lower sash operation. Thanks,

Hey, Lou. Simonton unfortunately no longer makes this type of balance or its components. The good news is that we sell a new system that will work just as well, if not better. The video below will go into more detail, including what you need to buy and how to install those new parts.
The bad news is that this does mean you need to replace the whole balance assembly, not just the shoe. Yours just isn't made anymore.
