I need a balance for the right side of a Simonton Double hung window in a client's house from 2005. I have attached a photo of identification sticker of window.

I'm afraid that the provided photos don't tell me what you need. In order to assist, I will need a clear photo of the balance itself. If possible, please make sure that you remove it from the window ahead of time so that I can see it without obstruction.
