Simonton operator and lock

A quick learner from Ohio says:
We have Simonton Windows. No idea how old. Just need a crank and lock replaced. This crank pictured isn't the broken one. I took a picture of a functioning one thinking that would be better.

What specifically should I measure? Were the pictures I sent sufficient to determine the products I need? We are anxious to get this finished so it doesn't hold up the closing of the sale on our house that is scheduled for 3/16.

You have an older style lock with a plastic handle. Look at our 38-036 lock, which is a newer style lock with a metal handle. This may work for you. As for the operator, yours looks like an earlier version of the 39-036 operator. If you need the hinges, I suggest using the stainless steel 36-013-10 as a replacement.
