Simonton spring balances on a 1630 Single hung window

Hello, I'm in need of both spring balances for a small bathroom Simonton window. Above the Patent # of 5,232,208 on one coil are the markings "6.5 36". There are 2 coils.

The Patent # on the bottom plastic pivot shoe is 5,704,165.

The pivot shoe is 1 1/4 inch wide, 1 7/16 inch tall at the center, and 1/2 inch thick.

The springs are both 1/2 inch wide and broken so I don't know the length and an inverted T at the bottom to connect to the pivot shoe

I think I'm going with what ever you think is best Tom. Thank You for your expertise!
I'm also guessing that I only need one spring for each. I thought I needed 2 but I'm guessing that's because I found the 2 pieces and assumed I needed 2.
I'm also basing that on your video, Thank You, and it looks like the Coil supports for both sides are intact and are made for only 1 coil not 2 and appears to be your 15-150 standard support as in the video.
If you concur, I will take 2 of each please of both the 15-199 Pivot shoes and the S160-6 springs. Obviously I will order that through your ordering process.
