Single Hung Sash metal window balances

Hi There , looking for window balancers for this Single Hung Sash metal window . The tag I found is this one . Size needed is 34 1/4 . Thank you !

I can't be positive but it looks like there is a pulley coming out of the corner in your photo. If so, you could have overhead balances that install at the top of the window. If so, that is not something that we can generally help with but we would need to see your balance assembly to confirm. Thank you!
