Sure, we should definitely be able to help. Can you give me the width and thickness of this part? That will help us find a good match. I would recommend removing the shoe from the window before you measure to ensure that your dimensions are as accurate as possible.

Based on just the length and an image posted on Swisco I
ordered the following shoe: channel-balance-pivot-lock-shoe/pd/Tilt-Window-Replacement-Pivot-Lock-Shoes/15-179

I hope I got it right. What do you think?

The 15-179 certainly looks similar, but I'm still not sure how our dimensions compare. If it's the same size as yours then you should be good to go! Keep in mind that the length doesn't matter so much, since there's so much room in the channel. Width and thickness are more important.
