Spring and pulley system
Total length 19"
Metal channel is 18" long
Channel is 5/8" wide and 5/8" deep
Spring is 7.5 inches long
3 pulleys are about 3/8" diameter each
Manufacturer of window is unknown
Don't have photos of device installed

Must I replace the pair when only one is broken? And what is estimated cost? Thanks

(2) is our minimum quantity for custom balance orders; but in general we always advise replacing both balances in a window at the same time. When one breaks, the other often isn't far behind, and at any rate using a fresh balance with an old one can cause the newer replacement to fail more quickly.

Thank you. When I initially posted my inquiry I assumed there would be a match "in stock". Since it is going to be a custom order, I rechecked my measurements and Im attaching a few more photos that may help clarify my description. If you will confirm that these photos wont cause a change in the custom order, I will place the order.
