Single wheel roller assembly: Unknown manufacturer - no names or markings on part or door

A handy person from Port St Lucie, FL says:
Length of mounting bracket (not including adjustment bracket): 2 3/4"
Width: 3/4"
Height: 1 5/8"
Adjustment screw on top - mounting screw on bottom (threaded)
Bearing diameter: 1 1/2" (Axel pin does not appear to be removable)
Single flare on each side slips into a grove in door frame

Thanks for posting, Dick. Take a look at our 81-261 and let me know if you think this can work as a replacement.

I've checked this one previously. The adjustment screw and the mounting screw are reversed. I could install it but I wouldn't be able to turn the adjustment screw through the hole in the door frame for the mounting screw. This is the same as PrimeLines's model 458.

I have installed the 81-261 in the past to replace this roller and found that drilling out the hole to be a little larger helped accommodate the adjustment screw. Would this solution work for you?
