I am trying to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door because it no longer slides freely. I am unable to identify the manufacturer or serial number in order to look up the installation/removal instructions and order the correct parts. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks for contacting us, Tony. We will definitely need to see the rollers out to ID a match. That sticker in your photo unfortunately doesn't tell me anything. I recommend watching the video below, which offers step by step instructions on how to remove the most common type of patio glass door.
