I'm afraid I cannot identify what roller this is based on the images provided. What you're showing here appears to just be the internal portion of a complete roller unit. The external housing is missing, but it is an essential detail.

It's probably still installed in the door. Would it be possible to see the complete assembly? We can then see if anything in our inventory is a match.
