I am trying to replace A) block and tackle rods as well as B) white window release tabs. See photos.
A) The rod is 33 inches long and the spring is 13 1/4 long.
B) The white release tabs are 2" 5/8 Long by 6/8 wide.
Please let me know if you need more information. The house was built in 2005.
What I need are the parts number and I can place the order.

Hello! We can absolutely replace these two parts. I'll start with the tilt latches, since they're the easiest. My recommendation is our 26-243 and 26-244. Look these over and see what you think.
The balance is a little more complex. The issue is that your original rod-type balance is an old, obsolete model. The good news is that one of our more modern channel balances can replace it, but the process is a little involved.
To start, can you confirm the diameter of the spring? If it's 1/2", then our Series 795 is what you want. The video below will explain exactly what you need to do to convert the Series 795 to work with your window, step-by-step. I highly recommend watching it.
If your spring diameter is anything less than 1/2" then you can ignore all that. Let me know and we can work from there.
