Sliding door handle

Here are photos of the sliding glass door handle I am looking to replace. I would like to replace the entire assembly if possible but I have searched every hardware store around me and I have not been able to find anything. I measured the distance between the screws on the handle in photo 1 and it is 3 7/8 I also measured the distance between the screws on the lock photo 2 and the screws further apart are 5 3/8 and the inside screws are 3 11/16. Please let me know if you can help me out with getting a new lock.
